Welcome to our site! All our products could return for free within 30 days for some reason! Every product is backed by a 12-months warranty and a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Support free Return reason:

  • Arrived damage

If your product is damaged on the way, it's our obligation except damaged by people. When your product is broken, you need to send us the broken product photos.

  • Missing part

If your product parts missing, we can partially refund you firstly, if your product's parts are infecting your product function. You can't repair it by yourself or the local technique person, and we will replace a new item for you if the item is in stock at that moment,if the item is out of stock, we will give a full refund to you.

  • Wrong item sent

If you received our product not the same as the product listing obviously, you could send the product photos to us; we will return for you or send a new one,which depend on your choice.

  • Doesn't work or defective

When you received the product that does not work, you can ask our customer service for the problem; we will give you the related technical reply; if it still doesn’t work, you can ask for a return. When you received the product is defective, and you can ask our customer service to give you technical support or solution, if you can repair it by yourself or local store, we will provide you with some compensation.

Freight Bearing

We (Amarine.store )will bear the freights shipped product from our customers to us if return. We will make 100% refund when we receive your package.we will email you when once processing your refund.

We (Amarine.store) will bear the round trip freights if you want to exchange the products.

 

Not support the free return:

  • Arrived late

If you wait for the product for a long time and don't want it, we apologize for the situation occurred. Due to our products are heavy ones, the processing delivery time is more than the light package.

If the product is out of stock and you received it late, we can make some compensation for you, such as reward you the coupon code or a few partial refunds.

  • Change mind

 If you change your mind or want to change to another product.

Dear customer, If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Amarine, please contact us before applying for a return or refund. 

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The same warranty is provided for replaced products and the returned ones.

How long you will receive the refund money?

You will receive the refund on time after you receive the refund email.

Our shop doesn't charge the processing fee.

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the product's return.
